TRYM Health (trymhealth.com) is illegally using our name and misrepresenting Haldey products. We have no affiliation with them. If you made a purchase through TRYM Health believing it was Haldey, take the following actions immediately:
1. Contact your bank or credit card provider to report the transaction.
2. Request a refund for any unauthorized charges.
3. Report the incident to:
• Local law enforcement
• Better Business Bureau (BBB)
• Federal Trade Commission (FTC) at ftc.gov/complaint
✅ Be sure your prescriber is licensed and has sent a prescription into our pharmacy directly via electronic prescribing, fax, hard copy, or verbal authorization as applicable per NYS law.
